Why we are driven to grow you

Climate change, plastic pollution, the political divide; We belief these challenges can be solved with better leaders.

There is a quality to leadership. From level 1 (e.g. Vladimir Putin) to level 7 (e.g. Nelson Mandela). We need more level 7 leaders if we want our kids to enjoy a better world than we have today.

And we really, really, really want our kids to do so.
